腰椎管扩大成形术治疗腰椎管狭窄症

自1987-2002年采用自体髂骨重建腰椎管后壁、腰椎管扩大成形术,治疗腰椎管狭窄症17例,疗效满意。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组17例中男12例,女5例;年龄29~68岁,平均44岁。病程3个月~5年。有腰扭伤、搬重物或弯腰活动、劳累等诱发因素而发病者10例。1.2临床表现17例均有典型的间歇跛行,7例有下肢麻木酸胀感觉,腰部压痛伴下肢放射痛,5例双侧下肢直腿抬高试验阳性,4例有腰腿痛感觉,体格检查无阳性体征。所有病例均经过正规牵引、推拿、按摩、药物等治疗,并绝对卧床休息,症状无缓解,甚至加重。
