闭合复位经皮空心螺纹钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

自1995年在C形臂X线机透视下,采用闭合复位、经皮空心螺纹钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折56例,取得较好的效果。1临床资料本组56例中男34例,女22例;年龄18~55岁,平均37.6岁。致伤原因:跌伤26例,车祸伤14例,坠落伤6例,其他伤10例。本组病例均在伤后当天至7 d内就诊。左侧伤23例,右侧33例。临床按骨折部位分型:头下型16例,经颈型23例,基底型17例。按Garden分型:Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型28例,Ⅳ型19例。手术时间为伤后5~14 d。
