侧前方经筋膜入路显示脊柱胸腰段的手术探讨

脊柱胸腰段是爆裂骨折不全瘫、脊柱结核的好发部位,此处脊髓前方受压,为前路手术首选。然而该处为胸腹脏器交界,部位深在,神经血管密度大,目前显示脊柱胸腰段常选用胸膜外入路,该术式创伤大、技术要求高、易发副损伤。我们在2000年11月-2004年11月对胸腰段前路手术56例中的25例采用经筋膜隙入路,不但显露容易,而且创伤小,防止了副损伤,报告如下。
