负重支具治疗胫腓骨骨折25例

胫腓骨骨折是骨科临床上的常见病,治疗上容易造成骨折病、骨不愈合等并发症的发生,影响了患者的生活和劳动。于1999年7月-2000年7月应用自行研制的“负重支具”治疗胫腓骨骨折,取得较好疗效,现介绍如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料用此法治疗胫腓骨骨折25例,男19例,女6例;年龄6~49岁,平均31岁。受伤原因:车祸伤13例,摔伤8例,其他伤4例。25例均为新鲜骨折,其中胫腓骨中段骨折16例,中上段骨折6例,中下段骨折3例。1.2支具介绍支具由铝板（宽2.5 cm,厚3 mm）及石膏绷带组成,见图1。
