近年来由于MRI的应用,对颈椎间盘及其对脊髓影响的观察更加直接,引起了广泛重视。但在临床实践中,也经常会出现一些临床表现与MRI影像学改变不甚相符的情况。尤其是针对MRI发现脊髓高信号(increased signal intensity,ISI)的问题,经常会产生一些争议,其临床症状的意义,一直是中西医治疗方法或手术与保守疗法之间争论的焦点,有的认为MRI发现脊髓高信号的患者需要早期手术,而另外一些学者则认为其中相当一部分患者应以保守疗法为主,针对这个问题,本文将颈椎间盘突出50例的临床表现和MRI影像进行了分析和观察,现报告如下。
