儿童孟氏骨折37例治疗分析

孟氏骨折是儿童常见损伤之一,就其损伤病史、明确诊断和适时治疗等方面,结合我院自1994年10月至2002年4月间临床诊治的37例患者,进行分析讨论。1资料与方法1.1一般资料37例患者,男21例,女16例;年龄2.4岁~15岁,平均8.8岁。左侧20例,右侧17例,均为单侧损伤;新鲜损伤35例,陈旧性损伤2例;病史最短0.5d,最长18d;直接暴力损伤3例,间接暴力损伤34例。
