动力髁螺钉治疗转子下骨折24例

2002年3月-2004年10月,选用动力髁螺钉（dynamiccondylar screw,DCS）内固定治疗转子下骨折24例,疗效良好,现总结如下。1临床资料本组24例,男10例,女14例;年龄27~89岁,平均65岁。6例高处坠落伤,2例交通伤,16例摔倒伤;手术时间为伤后1 h~3d。5例伴有其他外伤:1例脑外伤,1例对侧胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折,2例腰椎压缩骨折,1例同侧跟骨骨折。
