股骨颈骨折是老年人常见的损伤,股骨颈骨折的不愈合率及股骨头坏死率分别为10%~30%和20%~40%[1-3],骨折的部位和移位程度是影响股骨颈骨折预后的根本因素。目前,国内外对多针固定的优点已产生共识,空心加压螺钉已成为治疗股骨颈骨折的首选方法。
