颈椎体前缘撕脱性骨折较少见,属于颈椎过伸性损伤范畴。我院从2000年始,诊治颈椎体前缘撕脱性骨折7例,采用螺钉内固定,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料本组7例,男5例,女2例;年龄29~55岁;高处坠落伤2例,交通事故伤5例;受伤至接诊时间0.5~5 h,受伤至手术时间3~7d;早期均明确诊断。
