动力髁螺钉内固定治疗股骨髁部C₁C₂型骨折

股骨髁部C1C2型骨折属于较严重关节内粉碎骨折,治疗困难,疗效多不肯定。我院2002年5月-2004年2月采用动力髁螺钉(dynamic condyle screw,DCS)内固定治疗股骨髁部C1C2型骨折20例,效果满意,现总结如下。1临床资料本组20例,男14例,女6例;年龄最小23岁,最大64岁,平均43.5岁。左侧13例,右侧7例。单纯骨折1例,合并其他损伤19例。开放骨折2例,闭合骨折18例。损伤机制:车祸伤9例,高处坠落伤6例,重物砸伤5例。骨折按AO分型[1]:C1型8例,C2型12例。2例开放骨折急诊手术,2例因合并严重脑外伤于伤后14d手术,其余在伤后7d内手术。
