微创动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

我院自1998年1月-2004年3月,用微创AO/ASIF钛合金动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折150例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组150例,男38例,女112例;年龄60～91岁,平均73.4岁。致伤原因:车祸19例,跌伤131例;按AO/ASIF分类法:A1型87例,A2型61例,A3型2例。伴有内科疾患者106例,其中25例同时患有2种或2种以上内科疾患,38例有老年性慢性支气管病史,46例有高血压病史,21例有冠心病病史,19例有糖尿病病史,9例有脑血管意外后遗症。
