关节镜监视下股骨逆行交锁髓内钉在股骨下段骨折中的应用

股骨下段骨折临床较常见,因其特殊的解剖特点,虽有多种治疗方法,但疗效并不满意。我院于2001年10月-2004年5月采用关节镜及C形臂X线机监视,使用股骨逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH)内固定治疗23例股骨下段骨折,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组23例,男16例,女7例;年龄22～73岁,平均46岁。车祸伤13例,压轧伤6例,摔伤4例。按AO骨折分型:A1型6例,A2型9例,A3型5例,C2型3例。所有患者均为闭合骨折,其中2例为股骨下段多段骨折;合并膝关节损伤的7例。
