单臂外固定器治疗肱骨干骨折

自1994年3月-2003年2月收治肱骨干骨折78例,采取单臂外固定器治疗,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组78例,左侧40例,右侧38例;男46例,女32例;年龄8～67岁,平均30岁。其中开放性骨折16例,闭合性骨折62例;肱骨干上1/3骨折30例,中1/3骨折26例,下1/3骨折22例;伴桡神经损伤者10例,上臂广泛软组织挫裂伤10例。2治疗方法采用臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。闭合性骨折在X线透视下复位,开放性骨折合并血管神经损伤者,需切开探查血管神经,直视下进行骨折复位。对于复位困难或骨折断端有软组织嵌入者,可行有限小切口复位。近端2枚螺纹钉在上臂外侧进钉,以免损伤腋神经、正中神经及尺神经。
