带锁髓内钉固定加植骨术治疗胫骨骨折骨不连

骨不连是胫骨骨折的常见并发症,尤其是胫骨中下段骨折或合并严重软组织损伤者,更易发生骨不连。2000年3月-2003年6月应用带锁髓内钉内固定加植骨术治疗胫骨骨折骨不连46例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组46例,男31例,女15例;年龄19～62岁,平均40.5岁;病史9～20个月,平均12.6个月;均为外伤导致的胫骨骨折,全部符合骨不连的诊断标准[1]。本组中30例曾做钢板内固定,9例曾做支架外固定,5例曾做髓内针内固定(其中1例为带锁髓内钉内固定),2例曾做石膏固定或夹板固定。原发为闭合性骨折22例,开放性骨折24例。X线表现为肥大型27例,萎缩型19例,其中骨缺损的有4例。
