可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉内固定治疗髋臼骨折的疗效比较

髋臼骨折多由高能量损伤所致,对移位髋臼骨折,多主张早期手术切开复位。其治疗原则与关节内骨折相同,即解剖复位,牢固固定,早期被动、主动活动。自1999年1月-2002年6月,我院采用芬兰研制(BIOFIX)可吸收螺钉和普通金属螺钉治疗髋臼骨折58例,效果良好,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组58例,男41例,女17例;年龄20～66岁,平均34.5岁。受伤原因:车祸伤33例,高处坠落伤19例,砸伤6例。合并颅脑外伤11例,内脏伤5例,合并其他骨折8例。
