骶髂关节脱位并耻骨联合分离或骨折的前路手术治疗

我院自1999年5月-2004年4月应用前路手术治疗骶髂关节脱位并耻骨联合分离或耻骨支骨折14例,取得较好效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组14例,男9例,女5例;年龄18～56岁,平均38岁,骶髂关节脱位:左侧9例,右侧4例,双侧1例,合并耻骨联合分离6例,耻骨支骨折8例,其中3例耻骨联合分离并耻骨支骨折;合并髋臼骨折3例,尿道损伤2例。按Tile[1]分型:B12例,B21例,C19例,C21例,C31例。伤后手术时间5～20d,平均8d。2手术方法14例患者先行耻骨处进行暴露及固定,然后根据骨折类型行骶髂关节处暴露及固定。为叙述方便,对手术先后步骤分开进行描述。
