游离腓骨小头移植治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折

桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折常合并关节面及骨缺损,临床治疗效果不佳,晚期常留下腕部畸形,严重影响腕部、手部的功能。我们自2001年9月-2003年10月采用自体游离腓骨小头移植重建桡骨远端关节面治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折11例,经3～12个月随访,疗效较为满意,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组11例,男8例,女3例;年龄12～61岁,平均23岁。右侧9例,左侧2例。伤因:车祸伤(跌伤)8例,机器挤压伤3例。6例为开放性损伤,5例为闭合性损伤。伤后X线检查桡骨远端呈粉碎性骨折,关节面的完整性严重破坏,桡腕关节脱位,掌倾角、尺倾角均为0°～-10°,其中5例开放性骨折中关节面有缺损。
