陈旧骨外露创面的手术修复

我院自1991年2月-2003年6月共收治各类陈旧骨外露创面患者35例,针对不同情况采取积极的手术治疗措施,取得了满意疗效,总结如下。1临床资料本组35例,男26例,女9例;年龄19～56岁。致伤原因:皮肤撕脱伤14例,电击伤6例,烧伤8例,冻伤3例,热压伤2例,褥疮2例。造成骨外露原因:撕脱瓣回植缺血坏死7例,清创不彻底及感染致覆盖骨组织、皮肤坏死5例,大面积软组织缺损或坏死无法Ⅰ期修复创面5例,血管危象致皮瓣坏死脱落3例,关节及手指深度烧伤及冻伤脱痂后骨外露15例。骨外露部位:颅骨4处,肋骨1处,髂骨2处,肱骨1处,髌骨1处,胫骨9处,踝骨1处,跟骨5处,指、趾骨59处。
