改良牵引折顶法整复月骨脱位

自1995-2004年,采用改良牵引折顶法整复新鲜月骨前脱位11例,效果满意,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组11例,均为闭合性损伤,其中男9例,女2例;年龄19～38岁,平均32岁。右腕8例,左腕3例。伤后就诊时间30min～2d,均有明确外伤史,合并正中神经损伤1例。
