挥手复位法治疗盂下型肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折

自1999年3月-2002年10月,运用何氏挥手复位法,压垫、夹板、绷带联合夹缚外固定术,外敷内服中药等综合疗法治疗盂下型肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折36例,疗效满意,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组男14例,女22例;年龄15~86岁,平均52岁,15岁1例,20~50岁15例,50岁以上者20例;左侧21例,右侧15例。受伤至治疗时间均在1d之内。均有肩部明确的外伤史,肩部肿痛明显。体征均有方肩畸形,搭肩试验阳性,直尺试验阳性,X线片示肩关节盂下型脱位合并肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折。本组病例无血管神经损伤,治疗前后均有X线片证实。
