植骨治疗桡骨头颈部骨折

桡骨头颈部骨折由于桡骨头切除后晚期并发症较多,包括肘、腕部疼痛,肘及前臂活动范围受限,肘关节外翻不稳定、肌力及握力下降等。目前更重视维持肱桡关节的完整性,即尽可能恢复桡骨上端原有的解剖形态,1998年3月-2004年3月,采用切开复位植骨固定治疗桡骨头颈部骨折17例,取得了满意的效果。1临床资料17例中男11例,女6例;年龄17~46岁,平均28.6岁。全部为闭合性损伤,从受伤到手术时间为5~11d,合并有其他部位骨折的9例。按Morrey改良的Mason分型,均为Ⅱ型。受伤原因:均为间接暴力所致的闭合性损伤,其中车祸伤8例,生活性摔伤7例,运动损伤2例。
