全膝关节置换术后僵硬麻醉下手法松解术

自2000年7月-2003年12月,采用硬膜外麻醉下,对5例全膝关节置换术后关节粘连的患者进行闭合手法松解关节粘连,术后CPM机锻炼,取得较好的疗效。1临床资料本组男3例,女2例;年龄48~71岁,平均58.4岁。均为骨关节炎初次行全膝关节置换手术。全膝关节置换术前关节活动度平均70°（55°~100°）,全膝关节置换术后麻醉下关节被动活动度均>100°。假体采用美国Zi mmer公司不保留后交叉韧带的后稳定型假体,骨水泥固定。4例置换髌骨,其中1例因切口皮瓣坏死,术后7d开始停止功能锻炼;2例因下肢深静脉栓塞于术后停止功能锻炼1周。所有病例出院时被动活动范围均>90°。
