张力带治疗后交叉韧带胫止点撕脱骨折

自1999年12月-2004年2月采用切开复位张力带内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫止点撕脱骨折18例,术后骨折愈合良好,关节功能满意,现介绍如下。1临床资料本组18例中男15例,女3例;年龄17~47岁;左侧10例,右侧8例。受伤原因:交通事故伤16例,重物砸伤2例。合并伤:同侧胫骨骨折3例,同侧股骨骨折2例。所有手术均在伤后1周内进行。2手术方法在硬膜外麻醉下,首先对合并同侧胫骨或股骨骨折的患者行切开复位内固定。
