腰椎间盘突出手术失败21例的治疗选择和疗效分析

自2000年8月-2003年1月共收治21例腰椎间盘突出手术失败患者,现根据平均16个月随访结果,对手术失败的原因、治疗方法和疗效分析,报告如下。1临床资料本组21例中,男12例,女9例;年龄24~62岁,平均年龄49岁;病程为术后4个月~2年6个月,平均13个月。单侧型16例,中央型4例,双侧型1例。L_3,4间隙3例,L_4,5间隙15例,L₅S₁间隙3例。21例手术均以传统的后路入路,行开窗减压,髓核摘除,以椎板切除多少分类,椎板间开窗扩大17例,半椎板切除2例,全椎板切除1例,双椎板开窗1例。本组均作腰椎正侧位X线摄片及CT检查,12例兼作MR检查。
