髌骨纵形骨折的治疗

髌骨纵形骨折是髌骨骨折中一种特殊的关节内骨折。由于其临床少见,部分患者症状轻、体征少,普通膝关节正侧位X线片阳性率低,容易漏诊。自1994年2月-2004年5月采用横向拉力螺钉治疗髌骨纵形骨折7例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组7例,男5例,女2例;年龄17~54岁,平均34岁;左侧5例,右侧2例。新鲜骨折6例,陈旧骨折1例（伤后26d）。坠落伤3例,摔伤膝部着地2例,砸伤1例,其他伤1例。伤后7例均有不同程度的膝前皮肤软组织挫擦伤、疼痛、肿胀,行走不能或行走时疼痛加剧,尤以上、下楼梯时明显,4例有膝前皮下出血。7例均有不同程度的膝关节功能障碍。
