间接复位桥式固定治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折

2002年9月-2003年10月,采用牵引床膝伸直牵引复位、有限切开内固定治疗股骨远端粉碎骨折32例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组32例,男21例,女11例;年龄17~68岁,平均为48岁。车祸伤16例,摔伤4例,坠落伤12例;开放性骨折8例,闭合性骨折24例。骨折按AO/ASIF分型[1]:C1型（单纯关节、单纯干骺部骨折）18例,C2型（单纯关节、干骺部粉碎性骨折）11例,C3型（关节面粉碎骨折）3例。伤后24h内手术者13例,2周内手术19例。
