肘外翻复位法治疗儿童伸直尺偏型肱骨髁上骨折

儿童肱骨髁上骨折以伸直尺偏型多见,晚期并发症主要是肘内翻畸形,往往需要手术矫正。我们根据肘内翻的发生机制采用肘外翻复位法,收到了满意的疗效。1临床资料本组186例中男114例,女72例;左侧78例,右侧108例;年龄3~12岁,平均7.5岁;伤后就诊时间0.5h~7d。合并神经损伤15例,包括正中神经损伤9例,桡神经损伤4例,尺神经损伤2例。2治疗方法患者取坐位或仰卧位。①两人整复法:适用7岁以下儿童。助手两手环抱患肢上臂中部,术者一手虎口向前握住前臂下段（右侧用右手,左侧用左手）,前臂中立位,肘屈曲30°对抗牵引。
