V型胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗的非优分析

胫骨平台骨折按Hohl和Moore分类分为5型。本文着重讨论争议较大的V型即四分骨折内固定治疗及保守治疗的优劣。1998年7月-2003年11月共收治15例V型胫骨平台骨折患者。内固定组9例为单纯V型胫骨平台骨折,牵引组6例为V型胫骨平台骨折伴胫骨干骺端粉碎性骨折。内固定组9例采用解剖钢板及拉力螺钉加克氏针内固定。牵引组6例采用跟骨牵引、夹板外固定。两组病例近中期疗效差异显著,报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料内固定组9例,男7例,女2例;年龄32~57岁,平均46.7岁。车祸伤7例,摔伤2例。3例为开放性骨折,6例为闭合性骨折,未合并胫骨上1/3粉碎性骨折。牵引组6例,均为男性。
