低位腹主动脉阻断技术控制骶骨巨大肿瘤手术出血

骶骨巨大肿瘤手术常常出血量大,难以控制。尤其与周围血管、神经、盆腔脏器粘连等情况下,术中的大出血造成手术视野不清,容易引起误伤、手术时间延长、肿瘤切除不彻底等情况。更有因大出血带来术后严重并发症甚至死亡。我们应用间歇性低位腹主动脉阻断技术控制骶骨肿瘤手术出血,获得满意的临床效果。
