足底内侧岛状皮瓣逆行移植的技术改进

足底内侧岛状皮瓣常用于修复足跟软组织缺损,我们对该皮瓣的切除方法进行了改良,有效延长了血管蒂,并逆行移植前足损伤15例,取得满意疗效,现将改进方法作一介绍。
