微型外固定支架治疗掌骨和指骨骨折

手部骨折是常见的骨折,多数可采用保守治疗,但不稳定骨折及关节内骨折需要手术治疗。外固定支架固定具有软组织损伤小和早期功能锻炼的优点。从2000年1月至2004年6月,我们使用微型外固定支架治疗12例患者,疗效满意。1临床资料本组12例,男9例,女3例;平均年龄32.4岁（19～56岁）。致伤原因:机器伤8例,车祸伤2例,打伤2例。近节指骨10例,其中近节指骨基底累及关节内骨折4例,近节指骨关节外骨折6例。第5掌骨头骨折1例,第2掌骨干骨折1例。闭合骨折4例,开放骨折8例。开放骨折中6例合并严重软组织损伤,4例合并肌腱部分或完全断裂。
