喙突移位动力重建治疗肩锁关节脱位

1999年7月-2003年6月,我们对重度肩锁关节脱位采用喙突移位动力重建治疗31例,取得满意疗效。1临床资料本组31例,男22例,女9例;年龄18～51岁;左14例,右17例;受伤距手术治疗4 h～6 d,平均3 d;摩托车伤13例,自行车伤8例,高处跌伤6例,棍棒击伤4例;常规摄双肩X线片,并将患侧与健侧比较,肩关节脱位按Allman[1]分类法分类,均为Ⅲ度以上。2治疗方法臂丛颈丛联合麻醉,仰卧位患肩垫枕,取肩前“?”形切口,起于锁骨远端向外经肩峰弧向下方喙突处,显露肩锁关节及喙突,清除肩锁关节内瘀血块或碎片纤维软骨板。
