旋转手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

旋转手法是治疗神经根型颈椎病有效方法,2001年1月至2004年5月中国中医研究院骨伤科研究所（望京医院）对旋转手法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者93例进行了系统观察研究,总结如下。1临床资料1.1病例选择依据诊断标准[1]:①颈痛伴上肢放射痛;②受压神经根皮肤节段分布区感觉减弱,腱反射异常,肌力减退;③臂丛神经牵拉试验或椎间孔挤压试验阳性;④颈椎X线片可见椎体增生,钩椎关节增生,椎间隙或椎间孔变小;⑤CT可见椎体后赘生物及神经根管变窄。
