评“CT引导下骶髂关节注射配合中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎”

在CT引导下将药液注入骶髂关节[1],因国外文献有报道,我们也想用于治疗强直性脊柱炎,因而解剖了一具新鲜尸体的骶髂关节,认为是不可能的。因为解剖时观察到骶髂关节周围有极其坚强的向各方向走行的韧带纵横交错地将骶骨和髂骨紧紧地捆绑在一起,而所谓骶髂关节的关节间隙只是像一根头发丝样的缝隙而已,是极细而紧凑的。所以要将注射针头刺入关节间隙在解剖时切除周围的韧带后,还是很难将针头穿刺进关节腔。何况临床操作要远隔厚硕的肌肉和坚强的韧带。所以在CT引导下要将药液注入骶髂关节腔内,事实上是不可能的。
