腰椎间盘突出症术后局部使用青霉素失误10例

1992年12月-1997年10月,作者所在地区的4家医院先后发生10例腰椎间盘突出症术后早期严重并发症,其中3例死亡。经临床分析认定并发症原因是切口内使用青霉素失误导致该药物直接经破溃的硬脊膜进入蛛网膜下腔所致,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组10例,男7例,女3例;年龄24~63岁,平均41.5岁。10例均经临床结合CT确诊腰椎间盘突出症。其中1例合并椎管狭窄。突出部位:L₅S₁5例,L_4,53例,L_3,41例,L_4,5、L₅S₁双间盘突出1例。
