前路减压植骨钢板内固定治疗急性颈髓损伤

颈髓损伤是一种后果十分严重的创伤,对其治疗方法、手术时机及手术方法等一直存在着争议。我院自2000年4月-2003年5月采用颈椎前路槽式减压自体髂骨植骨加带锁钢板固定治疗急性颈椎颈髓损伤26例,获得较好疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组26例,男24例,女2例;年龄22~61岁,平均43.4岁。受伤原因:车祸伤19例,高处坠落伤7例。受伤至手术时间,8h以内1例,8~24h1例,1~3d4例,3~7d17例,7d以上3例。脊髓损伤程度见表1。住院时间7~101d,平均19.9d。1.2影像学资料所有病例均行颈椎X线及MRI检查。
