揭盖式椎管后壁切除减压治疗颈椎管内肿瘤16例

随着医学影像学的发展,尤其是磁共振成像(MRI)的应用,椎管内肿瘤诊断并不困难,但其治疗仍存在一些困难。我科近3年来手术治疗颈椎管内肿瘤(髓外硬膜下肿瘤)16例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组16例,男10例,女6例;年龄32~77岁,平均47岁。病程1个月~36年,平均56个月。首发症状:局部疼痛6例,神经根性痛11例,四肢末梢麻木1例,肢体无力9例,大小便障碍3例,性功能障碍1例。神经系统检查:病变阶段以下感觉减退12例,不完全瘫9例,单瘫1例,锥体束征阳性14例。伴发心脏病6例,高血压4例,糖尿病2例,精神抑郁症1例。
