髌骨纵形骨折的诊断治疗

髌骨骨折临床上较为多见,但纵形骨折比例却比较小,由于损伤后症状及体征均不典型,易漏诊误诊。我们自1998-2003年收治髌骨纵形骨折15例,为加强对此损伤的认识,现结合临床就其诊断与治疗分析如下。1临床资料本组15例,男11例,女4例;年龄18~65岁,平均50.2岁。左侧9例,右侧6例。闭合性骨折13例,其中跌伤7例,扭伤3例,直接撞击伤3例;开放性骨折2例,均为锐器致伤。髌骨纵形骨折外侧部9例,中央部4例,内侧部2例。初次就诊确诊者10例,再次就诊确诊者5例。
