改良手牵足蹬法治疗肩关节前脱位

肩关节脱位好发于20~50岁男性,以前脱位最为常见,多由直接暴力或间接暴力造成。我院自1996年采用改良手牵足蹬法治疗肩关节前脱位62例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组男58例,女4例;年龄15~50岁,平均36岁。坠落伤24例,车祸伤13例,摔伤25例。左肩25例,右肩37例。21例伴有肱骨大结节撕脱骨折和其他损伤。2h内就诊者37例,2h~2d就诊者20例,3~10d就诊者5例。60例在门诊复位,2例夜间急诊收入院,次日行复位术。2复位方法患者仰卧于着地的木板上,术者立于伤侧,双手握住伤肢手腕,使上臂前伸与躯干成90°角。
