手法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症

应用中医手法治疗胸椎小关节错缝167例,疗效颇佳,报告如下。1临床资料本组男95例,女72例;年龄15～60岁;病程5d～20年。167例受累胸椎棘突或椎旁均有明显压痛、叩击痛或椎旁触及痛性结节或条索状物。用三指触诊法检查,棘突偏歪103例,棘突后凸48例,棘突凹陷16例。胸椎X线片:椎体骨质增生25例;椎间隙变窄12例;胸椎不同程度侧弯,棘突偏歪,关节突、肋小头排列异常148例。2治疗方法2.1准备手法患者俯卧,医者沿脊柱两侧胸椎小关节处,从第七颈椎开始,向下寻找压痛点,找到后先用轻柔的摩、揉、、搓、按、点、弹等手法于偏移胸椎两侧反复施术至肌肉放松、皮肤温热。
