胸腰椎骨折脱位延误诊治的原因分析

1993-1999年共诊治胸腰椎骨折、脱位308例,其中被延误诊治9例,报告如下。1临床资料本组男8例,女1例;年龄19～56岁。致伤原因:交通事故伤5例,重物砸伤3例,高处坠落伤1例。受伤至确诊时间4d～4个月。
