石膏铁丝夹板治疗掌指骨骨折

自2000年9月-2002年12月采用石膏铁丝夹板固定治疗掌、指骨骨折60例(68处),43例(46处)获得随访,取得了满意的疗效。1临床资料本组43例(46处),男38例,女5例;年龄11～76岁,平均31.2岁,46处骨折7处累及关节面。受伤至处理时间:24h以内32例,24h～7d10例,2周以上1例。损伤原因:直接砸伤30例,手击打重物伤7例,指端戳伤6例。2治疗方法取7号普通铁丝,长约40～50cm,自中部对折对折后铁丝间距略窄于患指直径,并以胶布缠绕固定间距,开口端呈弧形张开。
