相邻神经根均受累的腰椎间盘突出症

自1992年1月-2002年2月手术治疗腰突症550例,发现有10例单间隙椎间盘突出累及相邻两条神经根,在临床上有其特征,根据我们的经验,作一小结。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组单间隙腰椎间盘突出症累及相邻两条神经根并引起症状的10例,占同期腰突症手术总数的1.8%,其中男6例,女4例;年龄为25～55岁,平均33岁;病史最长5年,最短15d。突出节段:L3,41例,L4,57例,L5S12例。左侧突出6例,右侧4例。突出的节段与神经根关系见表1。
