中药薰洗配合功能锻炼治疗骨折后期踝关节功能障碍83例

踝关节周围骨折或关节内骨折,无论是经手法整复外固定还是切开复位内固定,在治疗后期多遗留不同程度的功能障碍。本法发挥中药外治多种疗法组合的优势,以薰洗为主,配合主动及被动锻炼、穴位按摩等方法,辨证论治。通过临床观察,认为疗效良好,现报告如下。1临床资料本组83例,男61例,女22例;年龄最大76岁,最小14岁。内、外踝骨折58例,其中三踝骨折并脱位2例,跟骨骨折17例,胫腓骨下段骨折8例。伤后至运用本疗法治疗时间最长57周,最短3周,平均8.6周,来诊时骨折均达临床愈合,达解剖复位36例,对位达1/2以上31例,对位1/3以上12例,对位不良4例。83例踝关节均有不同程度的功能障碍。
