克氏针串接组合加镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎骨折

2001-2004年,采用克氏针串接组合加镍钛聚髌器(产品注册号:国药管械(准)字2002第3100340号)内固定治疗髌骨粉碎骨折64例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组男49例,女15例;年龄18～72岁。闭合性骨折58例,开放性骨折6例,均为3周内的新鲜骨折。髌骨骨折块4块者24例,5块以上者40例,最多10块。3根克氏针串接组合加镍钛聚髌器内固定者36例,4根串接组合固定28例。2手术方法取髌骨前内侧纵“S”形切口,显露骨折块,注意保护髌前纤维组织,未游离的碎骨块尽可能保持其纤维连接。
