改良法膈神经移位肌皮神经术的临床疗效分析

神经移位是治疗臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的主要方法,其中隔神经移位术是目前治疗臂丛神经根性撕脱伤最有效的方法之一,据文献报道有效率达84.62%[1,2]。经典的手术方法是将锁骨后松解,打通肋锁间隙,将移植神经通过该间隙桥接,手术难度和风险较大。我们通过改良,简化了膈神经移位肌皮神经的手术方法,取得了良好的效果。1临床资料本组男11例,女5例;年龄14～52岁,平均31岁;伤后至手术时间3～15个月,平均8个月。致伤原因:车祸伤10例,机械绞伤4例,高处落体砸伤2例。
