肩胛骨喙突下穿线钩的研制与临床应用

经肩胛骨喙突下穿线固定锁骨技术关键在于术中显露喙突并绕其下缘穿线,而未损伤喙突下的臂丛神经和锁骨下动、静脉,同时修复喙锁韧带。我们在应用其他穿线方法的基础上,研制出了结构简单、使用方便、能够在手术操作中准确穿线的肩胛骨喙突下穿线钩,并应用于临床,取得了满意的效果。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组10例,男7例,女3例;年龄19～45岁,平均30.3岁。肩锁关节脱位7例,按Tossi分型均为Ⅲ型,X线片显示锁骨外端完全移位,喙突与锁骨之间的距离与对侧相比明显增大。右侧脱位4例,左侧3例;男5例,女2例;车撞伤4例,摔伤3例。
