屈曲位单人顶推法整复肘关节前脱位5例

肘关节前脱位在临床上较肘关节后脱位少见,由于尺骨鹰嘴与肱骨滑车关节面的解剖关系,使尺骨鹰嘴前脱位多合并有骨折,单纯肘关节脱位多见于壮年人[1],一旦发生,整复常比较困难,很多患者经受了切开复位之苦,我们自2000年以来,用屈曲位单人顶推法整复肘关节前脱位5例,效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组男4例,女1例;年龄15～48岁,平均31岁。4例为传导暴力所致,1例为直接暴力作用于尺桡骨后外侧所致。2治疗方法本组4例采用局部麻醉,1例伤后24h来诊关节肿胀较重,采用臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。①整复

方法:患者取坐位或仰卧位,医者立于患者对侧或立于床边,以与患者伤肢相同方向的手握前臂近侧作屈曲位牵引。
