前路钉板系统在重建胸腰段稳定性中应用

胸腰段椎体粉碎性骨折累及前、中柱或造成硬膜囊前方压迫,常需要前路手术减压。我科于2000年10月至2002年9月在22例胸腰段椎体粉碎性骨折患者中前路手术应用Z plate系统内固定,取得优良效果,现报告如下。资料和方法临床资料本组22例,男15例,女7例;年龄37～63岁。T10骨折1例,T11骨折2例,T12骨折7例,L1骨折9例,L2骨折3例。神经损伤情况:无神经损伤5例,有神经损伤17例;以ASIA分级标准[1]:A级4例,B级3例,C级4例,D级6例。
