一次性正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

自1994年至1998年来采用一次性正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,取得良好效果。5年来共收治400余例,其中对320例进行复查随访,现介绍如下。临床资料本组320例,男182例,女138例;发病年龄最小19岁,最大62岁。有腰部外伤史196例,无明显外伤史124例;突出位置在L4,5者左侧157例,右侧96例,在L5S1者左侧为38例,右侧为15例,中央型者14例。病程最短6d,最长3年;首次发病者226例,复发者94例。诊断依据,本组病例全部符合《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[1]。2治疗方法①椎旁神经根阻滞麻醉:选用药物:国产地塞米松10mg2ml,2%利多卡因10mg5ml,维生素B121mg。
